We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations at All American Diner, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, and maintaining high service standards.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and productive functioning.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to deliver consistent service standards.
Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction through effective floor management and prompt resolution of concerns.
Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, average guest spend, and operational performance.
Drive business through effective upselling, promotions, and service initiatives.
Maintain and implement SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Monitor inventory, wastage, breakage,



and operational costs in coordination with the relevant departments.
Ensure proper staff scheduling, manpower planning, attendance, and deployment.
Conduct regular team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, HR, Purchase, Finance, and Management for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Conduct regular floor checks and ensure the restaurant maintains required presentation and service standards.
Analyse operational challenges and proactively implement corrective measures.
Support the management in achieving sales and profitability targets.
