Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing qualified to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for consumer-facing brands.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, keyword research, bid management, campaign optimization, and performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive sales and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Monitor and improve campaign performance using ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, and competitor analysis.




Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Optimize Amazon product listings, A+ Content, and product detail pages.
Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility and sales.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Manage multiple campaigns and ensure performance targets are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC/Amazon Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Excellent understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Experience in keyword research, campaign optimization, and competitor tracking.
Hands-on experience with Amazon listing optimization and A+ Content.
Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Consumer Brands.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
