Job Overview

Hotel Kedar Hill is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering guest queries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide qualified assistance at the front desk.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, extensions, and booking inquiries.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest queries professionally.




Provide information about hotel facilities, rooms, restaurant services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requirements.
Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel booking/front-office systems.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage bills, payments, receipts, and basic cash transactions.
Maintain proper records of daily arrivals, departures, and room status.
Assist guests with special requests and ensure their requirements are communicated to the relevant departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk workplace.
Follow hotel policies and maintain high standards of guest service.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Previous experience in hotel front office/reception is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
