About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and data-informed Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate blends high-level creative storytelling with a sharp understanding of performance marketing. You won't just build visually stunning campaigns—you’ll craft creative assets designed to drive conversion, test performance hypotheses, and hit measurable business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and direct copywriters, visual designers, and video editors to produce high-performing creative assets across digital and performance channels.
Performance-Driven Conceptualization: Develop creative hooks, ad concepts, and storytelling frameworks optimized for performance platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks).
Data & Analytics Integration: Collaborate closely with the growth and performance marketing teams to analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA,



and hook rate).
Iterative Testing Strategy: Use performance data to rapidly iterate on creative variants—testing angles, copy, formats, and CTAs to scale winning ads.
Brand & Creative Excellence: Ensure all performance creative maintains brand consistency, narrative depth, and high visual standards while pushing creative boundaries.
Campaign Management: Oversee creative execution from brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and performance benchmarks are met.

Key Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in creative roles within digital agencies, D2C brands, or performance marketing environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
Performance Marketing Mastery: Solid grasp of key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC/CPA, Hook Rate, Retention Rate) and how creative variables directly influence them.
