Maintain and repair foundry machines and equipment.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain furnaces, shot blasting machines, moulding machines, compressors, pumps, conveyors, cranes, and other foundry equipment.
Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical problems.
Check lubrication, belts, bearings, chains, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts requirements.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments during equipment problems.
Ensure machines are operated safely and properly.
Maintain valuable housekeeping in the maintenance area.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Qualification





ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical

Experience

2–5 years of experience in foundry or industrial maintenance preferred.
