Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of platform architecture, business processes, and application workflows. Analyse application behaviour, service interactions, APIs, databases, and infrastructure dependencies. Investigate production issues, defects, incidents, and operational challenges to support root cause analysis. Review logs, metrics, traces, and system telemetry to diagnose issues and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks across the platform. Work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, and Product teams to understand system behaviour and dependencies. Contribute to tooling, automation, diagnostics, and engineering improvements using Python and Golang. Document findings, observations,



and recommendations clearly and accurately. Continuously expand technical knowledge across applications, infrastructure, databases, cloud platforms, and contemporary engineering practices. . Required Experience

1+ years of experience in Python and Golang development. Positive understanding of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques. Ability to read, understand, and analyse existing codebases. Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and distributed applications. Familiarity with Linux environments. Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
