Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in the Home Furnishing / Interior / Textile Industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business prospects in the home furnishing and interior segment.
Generate leads through market research, networking, references, exhibitions, and industry contacts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, developers, hotels, corporates, retailers, and institutional clients.
Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
Convert leads into successful business opportunities and ensure timely closure.

Market Development




Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Explore current territories, customer segments, and distribution channels.
Develop strategies for increasing market share and brand visibility.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events.
Build a solid network within the home furnishing and interior industry.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for execution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and repeat business opportunities.

Team & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Design, Sales, Production, Procurement, Accounts, and Operations teams.
Prepare sales
