Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Track customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Verify supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain cash and bank transactions and petty cash records.
Prepare monthly receivable/payable and outstanding reports.
Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Handle GST-related accounting and documentation,



including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
Maintain proper records for TDS, income tax and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits, tax filings and financial documentation.
Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of accounting documents and vouchers.
Monitor and verify purchase and sales documentation.
Assist management with financial data, expense reports and accounting analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or relevant accounting software.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation.
