Role & responsibilities

Inside Sales
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions remotely.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales activities and prospect information in the CRM.

Account Management
Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand customer needs and identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling.
Drive renewals, repeat orders, and account expansion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups and account reviews.




Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Prepare regular sales and account-management reports.
Track revenue, conversion rates, pipeline, renewals, and account growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Product teams.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
25 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.
Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
