Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
US Non-IT Recruiter
to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for the US staffing industry, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across Non-IT domains. This role requires working during
PST business hours
and collaborating closely with US-based account managers, clients, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions, from requirement analysis through candidate onboarding.
Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
Recruit for a wide range of Non-IT roles including Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance,



Administrative, Skilled Trades, and other skilled domains.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely submission of quality candidates while meeting client SLAs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
Stay updated on US staffing trends, employment regulations, and market intelligence.
