Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop current HVAC project opportunities in Hyderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Generate leads through builders, developers, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, industries, hospitals, hotels, commercial establishments and institutions.
Identify upcoming construction and renovation projects at an early stage.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with consultants, contractors, architects and decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer and project-site visits.
HVAC Project Sales
Promote and sell HVAC solutions including:
VRF / VRV Systems
Chillers
Ductable AC Systems
Split & Cassette AC Systems
Multi-Split Systems
AHU / FCU
Ventilation Systems
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
Coordinate with the design/estimation team for heat-load calculations, equipment selection, BOQ and technical proposals.
Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers for order closure.
Project & Consultant Coordination
Study HVAC drawings, specifications and BOQs.
Coordinate with MEP consultants and project teams for technical approvals.
Ensure company products and solutions are considered/specifed in project requirements wherever possible.
Attend technical discussions, site meetings and pre-bid meetings.
Coordinate with the execution team during project handover after order confirmation.
Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain an updated sales pipeline with all enquiries and opportunities.
Track every prospect from Lead → Enquiry → Site Visit → BOQ → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure.
Maintain accurate customer, project and quotation records in CRM.
Submit regular sales reports and forecast expected orders.
Commercial Responsibilities
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions within company guidelines.
