JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE

Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day HR administration. The role requires effective coordination with employees and different departments while ensuring accurate and confidential maintenance of HR records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare and process offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.




Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and HR-related matters.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, staff development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of HR records.
Assist with HRMS and other HR-related systems for maintaining employee information and generating reports.
Support payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data.
Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, and routine HR concerns.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HR procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
