We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interviews with the concerned team members.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
Coordinate attendance and basic employee-related activities.
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.




Support the management team with other HR-related activities.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and a strong interest in HR may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Previous experience in BPO recruitment is a plus.
