Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our marketing and creative team. This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring designers who want to gain hands-on experience in creating skilled designs for social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Design posters, banners, flyers, course promotions, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Assist the design team in developing creative concepts and campaign visuals.
Edit and enhance images for digital and promotional use.
Maintain consistency with Lere Academy's brand identity and design guidelines.
Create designs according to different social media formats and requirements.




Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
Good understanding of design principles, typography, colors, and layouts.
Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and experiment with current design styles.
Positive communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Students and freshers with a solid interest in graphic design are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of social media design and digital marketing is a plus.
