Role Overview

This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for managing and growing the brand’s organic social media presence. The position emphasizes consistent content production, performance tracking, and relationship building with creators, partners, and communities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace with a robust focus on results and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Content Execution
Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Publish 5–7 posts per week in coordination with internal teams




Monitor content performance and identify high-performing posts
Collaborate with the growth team to review weekly performance metrics
Maintain a pipeline of content ideas and track performance insights
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
Coordinate with internal teams for both low-production and high-production content
Creator & Influencer Management
Identify and onboard micro, mid, and macro creators aligned with the brand
Manage creator outreach, gifting, and follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers
Coordinate content briefs and track creator-generated content performance
Manage creator communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups)
Partnerships & External Relationships
Build relationships with digital media platforms, editors, and content creators
Identify opportunities for brand features, collaborations, and partnerships
