Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1–4 years of experience to support our project delivery teams in managing and executing software development projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of software development processes and are eager to build a long-term career in project management.





You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Gather project requirements and break them down into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Organise and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, timelines, and meeting notes.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
