About the Role

IMPT is hiring a Business Development Executive to help us find, engage and win new customers. This is a work-from-home role built for someone who is comfortable talking to people, curious about technology, and wants real ownership early in their career.

Please note:
we are hiring only from the
Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane
region. You will work from home, but we want you close by for occasional team meets and client visits. Applications from outside this region will not be considered.

You will be the first voice a prospect hears. You will research accounts, start conversations, understand what the customer actually needs, and carry the deal forward. If you are a fresh graduate, this is a robust launchpad into tech sales. If you already have sales experience, this is a chance to work closer to the product and the decision-making.

What You'll Do
Identify and research potential clients across target industries and build a healthy pipeline
Run outbound outreach over email, LinkedIn, and calls — and follow up with discipline
Qualify inbound leads,



understand their requirements, and map them to what IMPT offers
Deliver transparent product walkthroughs and explain the value in simple, non-technical language
Manage conversations end to end: discovery, proposal, negotiation support, and closure of smaller deals
Maintain accurate notes, pipeline status, and activity records in the CRM
Build long-term relationships with clients and spot upsell or referral prospects
Share market and competitor feedback with the product and leadership team
Hit weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

Must have
Based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)
Excellent spoken and written English — you can hold a confident, explicit conversation with a senior decision maker
Working technical literacy
— you should be able to explain, in plain English, what a database is, what
