Mandatory Skill Set: MS Dynamics CRM with PowerApps (Canvas & Model Drive App), Power Automate, PCF, Azure Functions, Dotnet and C#
Robust knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - robust understanding of sales processes, lead management, account management, contact management, and policy sales lifecycle
Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development
Experience with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies
Experience with AI powered sales capabilities within the platform, including copilot, AI Agents, lead qualification, sales automation, and conversational AI (positive to have)
