Key responsibilities in your recent role

In this role, you will lead and oversee the overall development program, ensuring successful delivery of objectives within scope, timeline, quality, performance, and budget targets while supporting business and operational goals. You will drive program planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment to achieve the intended business outcomes and program success.
Plan, governance and overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output/product
To lead the Development Program Team in providing overall program activities to support Business Division (BD) and Operation (OP) to achieve high performance and ultimate business success




Overall responsible for Program Management in development platform
Be part of the management team and responsible to achieve defined targets (i.e. time-to-market, meeting the quality target, meeting performance target and within budget)
Responsible for planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the program owner/sponsor
Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
Manage stakeholders’ communication; provide a macro/strategic view to stakeholders compared to project managers’ micro/tactical scope
Manage the main program documentation such as the program initiation document
