We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead delivery operations, workforce planning, and execution governance across a growing portfolio of risk and platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, enabling effective stakeholder management, and fostering high-performing engineering teams. This role requires robust leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance delivery commitments with organizational priorities in a fast-paced technology setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery governance, planning, execution oversight, and operational reviews across multiple engineering teams.
Drive workforce strategy, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, hiring plans, onboarding, and talent development.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, staffing, and execution goals.
Own delivery metrics, dashboards, reporting, risk management, and leadership communications,



providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Manage team budgets, headcount planning, vendor resources, and operational expenditures to ensure effective utilization of resources.
Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to enhance predictability and operational efficiency.
Lead dependency management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across teams and stakeholder groups.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by promoting accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Support organizational growth initiatives through talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
Drive compliance with organizational standards, governance requirements, and operational excellence objectives.
