Position: Home Care Nurse / Staff Nurse

Eligible candidates:
ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
GNM – General Nursing and Midwifery
B.Sc Nursing
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experienced nurses are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with wound care,



dressing and basic clinical procedures.
Provide care for elderly, post-operative and chronically ill patients.
Support patients with activities of daily living when required.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Follow infection prevention and control practices.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team.
Identify changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.
Maintain patient dignity, privacy, safety and confidentiality.
Follow Home Medics' clinical protocols, policies and professional standards.
