We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations, coordinate with schools and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with schools regarding meetings, campaigns, workshops, seminars, and events.
Follow up with schools for marketing activities and promotional requirements.
Coordinate brochures, catalogues, presentations, samples, and other marketing materials.
Maintain marketing trackers, school databases, activity reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with design, content, sales, and other internal teams.




Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional requirements.
Coordinate product demonstrations, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain records of school interactions, campaigns, events, and leads.
Follow up with vendors and agencies for marketing-related requirements.
Prepare regular activity and coordination reports for management.
Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of assigned activities.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.
Experience in Education, EdTech, or Publishing Industry will be preferred.
Experience coordinating with schools, Principals, Teachers, or School Management will be an advantage.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Valuable command of English,
