We're building a driven, energetic sales team and are looking for a Field Sales Executive who understands the EdTech space and can connect with students the right way.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Cerebellum Academy on the ground — meeting prospective students, counseling them on our programs, and converting enquiries into enrollments. This is a target-driven field role best suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships,



and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, medical colleges, coaching hubs, events, and referrals
Counsel prospective students (MBBS graduates / PG aspirants) on Cerebellum's courses and guide them to the right program
Convert enquiries into enrollments and consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets
Conduct field visits and on-ground activities to build brand presence and reach current students
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, and institutional contacts
Share market feedback and competitor insights with the team

Who We're Looking For (Eligibility)
EdTech background is mandatory — candidates must have prior sales experience in an EdTech company (e.g., Marrow, PrepLadder, or similar test-prep / education platforms)
1–2 years of field sale
