Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen candidates across job portals and skilled networks.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview pipelines with hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain candidate records and track recruitment operations.
HR Operations: Assist with onboarding processes, documentation,
and coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MBA preferred; BBA graduates are also eligible.
Experience: Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and basic knowledge of HR practices.
Availability: Comfortable working the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift schedule.
