What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Explain our products and services clearly and confidently
Follow up regularly to keep customers engaged
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Hit daily and monthly targets
Build lasting relationships through great communication
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge
Positive, can-do attitude with strong convincing skills
Freshers welcome; experienced candidates encouraged to apply
