Enter and maintain daily vehicle dispatch and delivery records in the computer/system.
Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock, and inventory.
Record incoming and outgoing materials and maintain daily reports.
Coordinate with the site, dispatch, and accounts teams for accurate data.
Ensure all records are updated regularly and properly maintained.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports as required by management.
