Ensure manpower availability (Shift Manager and above) as per the budget for stores.
Manage entire gamut of HR activities for the assigned circle (from onboarding to exit)
Responsible for induction and on boarding of recent hires
Build solid connects with employee on the ground through weekly store visits, HR connect sessions, one on one -with critical talent, exit interviews etc . Identify and highlight /address people issues
Drive performance management, capability development, employee engagement and recognition programs as per regional people strategy
Address employee queries and grievances as per defined processes/policies
Drive the culture of compliance and ethical workplace thru trainings
Guide business teams in reducing manpower attrition
Own the employee data for the circle,



prepare MIS and monthly dashboards to enable decision making
Ensure hiring targets in your circle are met by recruitment team as per TAT; provide hiring support to recruitment team during peak seasons if needed
Continuously challenge and improve existing processes with collaboration from corporate teams
