The Role: Lead Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and partnering closely with Hiring Managers to build high-performing teams .

What You'll Do

- Understand hiring requirements and partner with Hiring Managers to define the right candidate profile.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate closure.
- Source and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Work closely with Hiring Managers to collect feedback and move candidates efficiently through the process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring data.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms and tools.
