Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SQL and AWS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing SQL packages, troubleshooting production issues, and designing AWS workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a robust understanding of database management and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Develop new SQL packages based on business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve production issues in SQL as needed.
- Design and develop new AWS Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) and workflows based on business requests.
- Troubleshoot and fix AWS production issues when required.
- Create and manage ServiceNow (SNOW) requests for application deployments.
- Load and support inbound/support files for multiple projects as requested.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with SQL development.
- Proficiency in AWS services and workflow design.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for application deployment management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SSIS is a deal breaker.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in SQL and AWS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
