We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Production Support Specialist to manage critical mainframe environments, ensure batch processing reliability, and lead incident resolution. In this role, you will support key legacy systems (COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, IMS) and handle integrations with OTX (Open Test eXchange / Orchestration platforms). You will be responsible for end-to-end incident management, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis to ensure maximum system availability and operational efficiency.
