Role Purpose The Senior Data Management Framework Lead is responsible for implementing,

governing, and continuously enhancing the enterprise Data Management Framework

(DMF) to ensure data is managed as a strategic asset across the organization.

The role aids the enterprise leadership team in the following areas:

 Data governance,

 Data quality,

 Metadata management,

 Lineage The position ensures that data management practices are aligned with regulatory expectations, internal control requirements, business objectives, and enterprise risk management principles. It serves as the central point of coordination between Business,

Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Data Governance stakeholders to drive

Framework Adoption And Maturity.Qualifications

Education

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.





 Master's Degree Preferred. Professional Certifications (Preferred)

 CDMP (Certified Data Management Skilled)

 DCAM

 DAMA Certification

 TOGAF

 COBIT

 Risk or Governance certifications

Experience

 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Enterprise Information Management, Risk Data Management, or related disciplines.

 8+ years leading enterprise-wide governance and framework initiatives.

 Proven experience designing or implementing Data Management Frameworks within large, regulated organizations.

 Strong experience working with regulators, auditors, and senior governance committees.

 Demonstrated leadership in enterprise transformation and operating model design.
