Snowflake Development: Design, develop, and maintain databases, schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, streams, and secure data-sharing solutions in Snowflake.Data Transformation with DBT: Build and manage scalable transformation pipelines using dbt, including models, tests, snapshots, macros, and documentation.DataOps and CI/CD: Implement and support automated deployment pipelines using DataOps.live for version control, testing, release management, and setting promotion.SQL/PLSQL Development: Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned scripts for data integration and reporting requirements.

Performance Optimization: Optimize Snowflake workloads by improving query performance, warehouse sizing, clustering strategies, caching usage, and cost efficiency.

Security and Connectivity: Support secure enterprise-grade connectivity using PrivateLink and ensure adherence to data security, governance, and access control standards.

Data Modeling: Develop logical and physical data models to support reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption.Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve performance issues, job failures, and data quality problems across the data platform.

Collaboration:



Partner with cross-functional teams including architecture, infrastructure, BI, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.

Documentation: Maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, operational runbooks, and data flow documentation.Essential Skills and experience 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or database development roles. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake development and administration concepts. Practical experience with dbt for transformation, testing, and documentation.

Experience working with DataOps.live for CI/CD and DataOps implementation. Good understanding of Snowflake PrivateLink setup, usage, and secure connectivity concepts. Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows in any of the ETL tools like Informatica,Snaplogic and Fivetran will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Git-based version control and release processes. Understanding of role-based access control, security, and governance in Snowflake Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
