Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) applications that meet business and operational requirements.

Build, enhance, and support Power Automate solutions, including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA), leveraging VBScript-based Excel automation where required to support complex business processes and legacy automation scenarios.

Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, Custom Connectors, and Power Platform integration capabilities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Ensure solutions adhere to Power Platform best practices, governance standards, security requirements, and performance benchmarks.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and automation solutions.

Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and recommend innovative approaches to improve solution quality, scalability, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise





5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including:

Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

Power Automate (Automated, Instant, and Scheduled Flows)

Power Automate Desktop (RPA)

Dataverse

Custom Connectors

API integrations and system connectivity

Robust Knowledge Of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling Desktop flows(RPA) with VB scripts in excel sheets.

SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and external data sources

REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns

Solution design, performance optimization, exception handling, and troubleshooting

Application lifecycle management (ALM), solution deployment, and environment management

Security, governance, and compliance practices within the Power Platform ecosystem

Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions involving Microsoft Excel automation, including the use of VBScript/macros for advanced spreadsheet processing, data manipulation, and legacy business process automation.
