Job Summary The QA Lead (AI) is responsible for leading quality assurance activities with a focus on test automation and AI-enabled testing solutions. The role ensures high-quality software delivery by designing automated test frameworks, applying AI-driven testing approaches, and guiding QA teams in implementing efficient testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA activities and oversee test planning, execution, and reporting.

Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Implement and enhance AI-driven testing approaches to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Guide and mentor QA engineers on automation and testing best practices.

Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Identify defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in QA with strong focus on test automation.

Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and web application testing.

Understanding of AI-assisted testing tools or intelligent test automation.

Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
