- 10+ years designing web + mobile experiences in Agile environments, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end UX/UI work.
- Excellent at translating research/insights into wireframes, prototypes, and build-ready designs; solid reasoning behind design choices.
- Expert in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototyping; collaborates tightly with product + engineering.
- Iterative improvement culture: incorporates feedback, usability testing, and (where available) A/B testing / behavioral insights.
- Ability to create service designs/user process flows when required
