Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Lead – SAP professional to head the S/4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end EWM implementations, both greenfield and brownfield, acting as the subject matter expert and ensuring successful delivery across complex logistics landscapes.

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementation projects on S/4HANA (greenfield & brownfield).
- Define functional solution design, process mapping, and configuration for warehouse management.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to delivery teams and clients.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and fit‑gap documentation.
- Oversee unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing for EWM scenarios.
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with technical, infrastructure, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Support post‑go‑live hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to proposals, estimations, and best‑practice documentation.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of SAP EWM experience, with at least 5 years on S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield EWM implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain.
- SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in leading cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Ability to travel onsite for client engagements (up to 30%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.




- Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Fluent in English; Hindi proficiency advantageous.
