Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding development teams while ensuring best practices, scalability, and high-quality delivery.

This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, Lightning components, and solution design,



along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and development teams.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using:
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and release management activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in technical estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- SOQL and SOSL
- Lead technical discussions and design reviews.
- Guide development teams on architecture and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce development initiatives.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
