Vigilant Forensic Research and Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (VFRA) is looking for a research-driven, analytical, intellectually curious, and professionally rigorous Lead Researcher to lead interdisciplinary research at the intersection of Cyberpsychology, Digital Behaviour, Human-Tech Interaction, Digital Cognition, Online Safety, and Behavioural Insights.

This is an opportunity for someone who can lead research initiatives, analyse complex behavioural and technological questions, develop evidence-based insights, and contribute to projects with meaningful societal and technological impact.

? Position

Lead Researcher – Cyberpsychology, Digital Behaviour & Human-Tech Interaction

? Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

? Work Mode: Full-time | On-site

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

? Probation: 1 Month

? Qualification: Master's degree in Psychology, Cyberpsychology, Behavioural Science, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline

? Experience: Relevant research / academic / behavioural science experience preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and design interdisciplinary research projects related to cyberpsychology, digital behaviour, human-tech interaction, and online safety.
- Conduct research into digital cognition, online behaviour, cyberbullying, digital wellbeing, behavioural patterns, and emerging cyber-social risks.
- Develop research frameworks, hypotheses, methodologies, questionnaires, interview protocols, and analytical approaches.
- Conduct and supervise qualitative and quantitative research activities.
- Analyse behavioural and research data and convert findings into meaningful, evidence-based insights.
- Prepare research reports, academic papers, policy briefs, presentations, and knowledge resources.




- Study the impact of digital platforms, emerging technologies, AI systems, and online environments on human behaviour and cognition.
- Collaborate with psychologists, technologists, cybersecurity professionals, academics, researchers, and external stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends in human behaviour, technology, digital safety, and online communities.
- Contribute to research publications, conferences, institutional collaborations, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of research ethics, confidentiality, documentation, and academic integrity.
