Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts & Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and purchase activities. The candidate will be responsible for accounting entries, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, purchase coordination, vendor management, and maintaining purchase and accounting records.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, accounting processes, and purchase/procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Verify and process invoices and bills.
Maintain vendor ledgers and perform reconciliation.
Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related activities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.




Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.

Purchase
Handle day-to-day purchase activities as per business requirements.
Source and coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing.
Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers where required.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Verify purchase invoices against POs and received materials.
Maintain vendor database and purchase records.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Required Skills
