Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and guests in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, messages, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day school operations.




Manage appointments, schedules, and routine administrative activities.
Handle front desk enquiries and provide appropriate information to parents and visitors.
Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Support the school administration with day-to-day coordination and other front office activities.
