About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations, invoice preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant billing experience, robust numerical skills, positive knowledge of billing processes, and proficiency in accounting or ERP software.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate invoices, bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Handle day-to-day billing activities and ensure invoices are generated within timelines.
Verify billing details against purchase orders, delivery challans, work orders, quotations, and other supporting documents.
Ensure accuracy of quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, and other billing parameters.
Maintain proper records of invoices and billing-related documents.
Coordinate with the Accounts,



Sales, Operations, and other departments for billing requirements.
Follow up with relevant teams for missing or incorrect information required for invoice generation.
Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, adjustments, and credit/debit note requirements.
Maintain billing registers and prepare regular billing reports.
Reconcile billing data with internal records and identify discrepancies.
Support the accounts team with documentation and billing-related reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST and invoicing requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital invoices.
Assist in resolving client queries related to invoices, billing amounts, taxes, and payment documentation.
Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with the concerned team for payment follow-ups when required.
