About the role

We're hiring a Brand & Content Lead to own Allter's voice and build our organic growth engine — content, SEO, founder narrative and community proof. This is our most significant marketing hire: the person who makes Allter discoverable and trusted without paid media carrying the load.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve Allter's brand positioning and voice across all channels
Lead the organic growth engine — content, SEO and social — to reduce dependence on paid media
Build the brand's content and editorial strategy end to end
Drive founder-led and brand storytelling
Translate product credibility and certifications into consumer-facing trust
Own community,



UGC and brand advocacy

Required qualifications
4–7 years in content or brand marketing, ideally D2C consumer, beauty/personal care, or baby care
Proven ability to shape and defend a brand point of view in copy
Player-coach who writes and directs, not solely a strategist
Working knowledge of SEO and content-led growth
Experience directing short-form video

Preferred
Understanding of the recent-parent decision journey (trust and risk-mitigation, not aspiration)
Experience working closely with a founder's voice

What this role is not

Not a performance/media-buying role, not a pure strategy role with a team beneath you, not an agency-management seat. You build the first version in-house.
