Role Overview We are looking for a creative and client-friendly Client Servicing Intern to support our client relationship function. This role blends client communication with hands-on creative and onboarding work — you'll help design social media content, guide clients through onboarding onto our apps/platforms, and handle basic client queries. It's a outstanding chance to gain well-rounded exposure across client servicing, digital content, and product onboarding.

Key Responsibilities




Design creative social media posts, banners, and content for Kaizen and client-facing platforms (using tools like Canva or similar).
Assist in planning and scheduling social media content in coordination with the marketing/design team.
Support client onboarding onto Kaizen's mobile apps/platforms — guiding clients through setup, registration, and basic feature walkthroughs.
Handle basic client queries via call, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant internal team.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding onboarding status, updates, and follow-ups.
Help track client requests, feedback, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with internal project and development teams to relay client requirements accurately.
Assist in preparing straightforward client-facing documents, onboarding guides, and status updates.
