We are looking for an in-house Web Developer to manage, enhance, and scale our website. The role involves custom development, e-commerce setup, and SEO optimization, ensuring the website becomes a solid lead generation and potential sales platform.

Location - Borivali East

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities
Web Development
Manage and maintain WordPress website
Customize themes and plugins (no heavy reliance on pre-built hacks)
Build responsive, high-performance pages
Develop custom templates where required
Manage WooCommerce Store
SEO & Performance Optimization
Implement technical SEO:
Meta tags, schema, structured data
URL optimization
Improve Core Web Vitals:
Page speed optimization
Image compression, caching, lazy loading
Optimize website architecture for search engines and GPT Models
Work with content team for blog and landing page SEO
Conversion Optimization
Improve lead capture forms and checkout funnels
Optimize landing pages for higher conversions
Implement tracking:
Google Analytics




Conversion tracking (forms, purchases)
Security & Maintenance
Regular plugin/theme updates
Secure WordPress installation
Backup and recovery management
Prevent vulnerabilities (malware, brute force, etc.)

Requirements

Required Skills

Core
Solid experience in WordPress development
Proficiency in:
PHP
HTML, CSS
JavaScript

SEO
Technical SEO knowledge
Experience with tools like:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Ahrefs / SEMrush (preferred)

Performance
Website speed optimization
Caching, CDN, and hosting optimization

Positive to Have
Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery)
Familiarity with hosting environments
Basic UI/UX understanding
Experience with B2B or IT services websites
