Purpose of the Role
To drive sales growth and business development across Surat/Bhopal and surrounding territories by developing solid relationships with Architects, Builders, PMCs, Contractors, Government Departments, Industries, Retail Dealers, and Project Customers. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, generating project business, expanding market presence, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Generate business through project sales, institutional sales, industrial customers, and channel partners.
Promote and sell the complete range of company products.
Increase market share within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities and customer accounts.
Project Business Development
Conduct regular visits to project sites and key stakeholders.
Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, PMCs, Builders, and Contractors.
Track upcoming and ongoing projects in the territory.




Ensure product approvals/specifications in projects.
Convert project opportunities into sales orders.
Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Identify and appoint new channel partners to strengthen market coverage.
Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Ensure product availability and visibility at dealer counters.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Address customer concerns and service issues promptly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
Support after-sales coordination whenever required.
Collection & Credit Control
Follow up with customers and channel partners for timely payments.
Achieve collection targets as per company policy.
Monitor outstanding receivables and minimize overdue payments.
