Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through offline sales, client acquisition, strategic networking, broker management, builder collaborations, and channel partnerships. The role requires an experienced skilled with strong market connections and the ability to generate high-value business opportunities for premium residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Generate recent business opportunities through direct sales, references, and market networking.
Identify and acquire premium residential and commercial interior projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams for smooth project execution and client handovers.

Networking & Alliance Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
Develop strategic alliances and referral networks to increase business opportunities.




Expand the company’s presence within the real estate and interior industry market.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to strengthen business connections. Broker & Channel Partner Management
Manage and develop broker and channel partner relationships across Mumbai and nearby regions.
Source leads through builder networks, real estate consultants, and referral partners.
Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and ensure continuous business generation.
Develop long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Lead Generation & Client Management
Generate quality leads for luxury residential and commercial interior projects.
Maintain sales pipeline data, lead tracking, and client follow-up records.
Ensure excellent client relationship management and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
