Yellow Spark is hiring for one of its clients, a Social Enterprise that promotes volunteering.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the Role: To drive organisational growth in Mumbai and the Western Region by building current corporate partnerships, securing CSR and employee volunteering projects, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build outreach strategies to engage potential corporate partners, CSR heads, HR leads, and corporate foundations across Mumbai/MMR.
Pitching & Acquisition: Conduct meetings, present customised corporate volunteering solutions, and secure recent long-term business partnerships.
Proposals & Budgeting: Develop interactive pitch decks, concept notes, tailored proposals, and project budgets for corporate clients.
Account Management & Renewal: Nurture existing corporate relationships, track partner satisfaction, and manage contract renewals.
Project Delivery Support:



Collaborate with the programs team to onboard recent corporate accounts and ensure high-quality execution of volunteering projects.
Networking & Representation: Represent the organisation at corporate CSR forums, networking events, and industry seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain complete records of client lead, CRM databases, proposal pipelines, and project documentation.
Travel & Initiatives: Travel locally and regionally for client meetings, events, and strategic initiatives as required.

Requirements:

Qualification & Knowledge:
Essential: Graduate in any stream
Preferred: MBA / Management degree, MSW, or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Experience & Knowledge:
3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, B2B Sales, or CSR Fundraising.
Proven track record in consultative B2B selling, corporate pitching, and closing partnership deals.
