About the Role

Liquimine LLP is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and grow private label (contract manufacturing) partnerships in the beverages and juices category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new private label clients — retail chains, D2C brands, HoReCa players, exporters, and emerging beverage brands — and managing these relationships to drive sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for private label / contract manufacturing business in the beverages and juices segment (retailers, e-commerce brands, HoReCa, institutional buyers, exporters, etc.)
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, trade shows, industry events, and digital outreach
Pitch Liquimine's private label manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, and value proposition to prospective clients




Understand client requirements (formulations, packaging, flavors, MOQs, pricing, compliance) and coordinate with R&D;, production, and quality teams to develop customized solutions
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contracts in line with company margins and policies
Manage the end-to-end business development cycle — from lead generation to onboarding, first order execution, and account handover
Build and maintain long-term relationships with private label clients to ensure repeat business and account growth
Track industry trends, competitor private label offerings, and emerging beverage/juice categories to identify current opportunities
Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and compliant order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM; report reg
