Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tourism Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their travel requirements, explaining tour packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
Explain tourism packages, destinations, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly calling and booking targets.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Customer-friendly attitude with good convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in tourism, travel, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
