We are seeking an experienced Advocate / Legal Counsel to manage the legal affairs of our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling property-related legal matters, documentation, contracts, compliance, and disputes.
Requirements
LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
Valid Bar Council enrollment.
2+ years of relevant experience in real estate/property law preferred.
Solid knowledge of property documentation, land laws, RERA, contracts, and litigation.
Valuable legal drafting and negotiation skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently handle legal matters and work closely with management.
Experience with real estate developers, builders, or property companies will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
